As part of Aggregate benchmarking services, businesses are invited to participate in our annual farm benchmarking dataset. This is also available as a separate service for businesses wanting to identify how competitive their staff salaries are.
Participants receive a farm salary survey report comparing each employee’s salary package to the average and top 20% of our database. A unique source of farm salary data, the farm salary benchmarking service provides insight into the value and structure of farm salary packages to assist employers to attract, retain and reward their staff.
